【用途の大要】[Uses]

1. 固定角ローターによる最大３Ｌの高速冷却遠心。
2. 大型水平ローターによるマイクロプレート、コニカルチューブ等の遠心。

1. High-speed, large volume (max. 3L) centrifugation using fixed-angle rotor.
2. Centrifugation of conical tubes or microplates using horizontal rotor.

【使用上の注意】[Usage & Precaution]

• 「予約システム」で予約して使用してください。
  メモ欄に使用ローター名を記してください。
• 駆動軸のローター受け爪が２本になっています。
  ローターの２本のピンを駆動軸の２本の爪の並びに沿って載せてください。（爪の間に入れない。）
• 水平ローターのバケットは、必ず４個かけて運転します。
• マイクロプレートキャリアーの底のゴムパッドが外れやすいので注意して下さい。
• ローター／バケットの取扱に注意を払い、使用後は洗浄、乾燥の後、元の場所へ戻してください。

• Reserve the centrifuge using "Reservation system".
  Note the rotor name.
• The rotor should be placed as the two pins are parallel to the two claws on the shaft of the centrifuge.
• All four buckets must always be installed in use of the horizontal rotor.
• Pay attention that the bottom pad of the microplate carrier is not fixed.
• Rotors should be cleaned and dried after use.
