1995 The Molecular Genetics Research Center was established (Ordinance of the Ministry of Education)
1996 The construction of the facility (1,509㎡) was completed
2002 Reorganized as the Division for Molecular Genetics Research in the Life Science Research Center
2005 Reorganized as the Division of Molecular Genetics Research/Molecular Genetics Research Laboratory in the Life Science Research Center
2007 Reorganized as the Division of Biomolecular and Drug Research/Molecular Genetics Research Laboratory in the Life Science Research Center
2010 Reorganized as the Division of Molecular Genetics Research in the Life Science Research Center
